The Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section 10, T92N-R61-62W of the 5th PM, Bon Homme County, South Dakota.

This very scenic area is mostly native grasses with some brome.  The farm is located near Norwegian Hill Road, 1/4 mile southeast of the deadend.  The high point of elevation is 1530'.  On the property you will find pheasant, turkey, and both species of deer.  Perimeter fences 3-4 barb are mostly steel.  There are 3 drainages and one developed spring.  This is a beautiful picturesque farm near the Missouri River with excellent recreational and grazing potential.
