There are all new appliances to include refrigerator, propane stove, electric 20 gallon water heater, a very adequate wood burning stove, and a small supplemental propane heater. There is one bedroom, a 3/4 bath with shower, top-of-the-line sliding windows, all LED lighting, a beautiful knotty pine interior, nice wooden cabinets, front and rear entries and great views. The front has an 8 ft. covered, concrete floor patio and the rear has a similar 6 ft. patio. The cabin is plumbed for a washer and dryer.
The Morton Shop building is 36 x 30x 11’ sidewalls, wood frame, steel clad on a 6” concrete slab. It is a walk-in door and a 16’ overhead door with an auto-opener. It was built in 2013 and is all wired. Electricity for this building, which is near Table Road, is supplied by NPPD and there is a meter on-site.
The power shed was built in 2013.
All improvements are in excellent condition.
The septic system is all up to code, professionally installed, and consists of an 1100 gallon concrete tank with 2 laterals.
