Auction Site and Tract 1 is located 4.3 miles west of Dow City via Highway 30 and Nelson Park Road (E5L). From Dunlap, the farm is located 8.4 miles north via Highway 37, L51 and O’Banion Road OR Highway 30 and Nelson Park Road. Farm is located 12miles south of  Charter Oak via L51, S Avenue and Nelson Park Road and 60 miles northeast of Omaha, NE.

Tract 2 - Unimproved 39.88 +/- Taxable Acres

General Information: The CSR2 of this tract is 57.6, with 56.8% being soils with a CSR2 of higher than 80. An excellent parcel with lots of potential.
